• Account Information: Your full name, email address, and credentials when you register manually or through third parties (Google or Apple).
• Business Information: Name, business type, phone number, bank transfer details (optional), and catalog of items (products or services).
• Customer and Order Information: Names, phone numbers, delivery/shipping addresses (if provided for deliveries), and email addresses of customers you register, as well as the history of orders and quotes you generate.
• Images: Photos of products or services you upload to your catalog, and screenshots you voluntarily attach to support requests.

2. Use of Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Provide and maintain the operation of your web catalog and administration app.
• Process and manage your orders and quotes.
• Send you important push notifications regarding account status and technical support.
• Improve our services by responding to your feedback and bug reports.

3. Data Sharing

Pokettelo does not sell, rent, or share your or your customers' personal information with third parties for advertising purposes. Your catalog and contact phone data are only exposed publicly on your business's exclusive web catalog page to allow your customers to place orders with you.

4. Encrypted Storage and Security

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Your session authentication tokens are securely stored in your device's keychain (iOS Keychain) using native hardware encryption. Communication between the app and our servers is fully encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this directly from the Settings section within the mobile app by tapping "Delete account permanently". This action is irreversible and will immediately and permanently delete your business, products, customers, feedback, and all order history from our production servers.
