Welcome to Pokettelo. By registering and using our mobile application and services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Description of Service

Pokettelo provides digital business management tools that allow small business owners and service providers to catalog their items, manage customer lists, create orders and quotes, and share their catalog digitally through a personalized web page.

2. Registration and Account Responsibility

To use the service, you must register by providing valid and accurate data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you detect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

3. Acceptable Use of Catalog and Web

By using Pokettelo and sharing your web catalog with the public, you agree to:

• Not publish false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful information.
• Not catalog, offer, or promote illegal items, weapons, drugs, regulated substances, adult content, or any other prohibited goods or services.
• Not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights when uploading photos or logos.
• Acknowledge that orders exceeding available stock (backorders) are managed solely between the merchant and the customer. Pokettelo is not liable for inventory fulfillment, logistics, or delivery times.
• Acknowledge that any customer delivery/shipping addresses collected through the catalog web checkout must be handled securely and used solely for fulfilling the specific order.

Pokettelo reserves the right to remove any catalog or suspend accounts that violate these content rules.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The basic use of Pokettelo is free. To access premium features (such as color customization, CRM export to Excel, and priority support), we offer monthly or annual subscription plans. Mobile subscription payments and cancellations are processed through the native gateways of Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and are subject to their own terms and refund policies.

5. Bank Transfers and Payment Disclaimer

Pokettelo is not a payment gateway or payment processor, and does not process or execute financial transactions. Any bank transfer details (Bank Name, Account Number, CLABE) configured by the merchant and shared with clients via receipt templates or WhatsApp messages are solely for the convenience of the merchant. Pokettelo is not liable for transaction errors, failed transfers, payment fraud, or disputes between merchants and their customers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pokettelo is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for commercial losses, loss of information, or misunderstandings between you and your customers resulting from the use of our platform or failure in WhatsApp communications.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will inform you of relevant changes by updating the last modified date of this document on our website.
